Safety Policy

At AIEC, we are dedicated to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees and workers. We actively strive to minimize or eliminate the risks associated with their day-to-day activities. Importantly, we firmly believe that every accident and injury is preventable. To instill this belief, we integrate our safety philosophy into every AIEC project. This is achieved through a thoughtful combination of technical field procedures and ongoing training programs.

Our commitment extends to prioritizing the personal health and safety of our employees, wherever they may be. By incorporating these measures and fostering a culture of safety, we aim to create a workplace where accidents are minimized, and our employees can perform their duties with confidence and security.

We, at Aman Infra Engineering and Construction (AIEC), adhere to all central, state, and local statutory provisions related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Our commitment is to maintain an accident-free and productive workplace by actively promoting safety and health measures among workers, subcontractors, and employees.

To ensure the effectiveness of our HSE practices, we employ relevant techniques and methods, including Safety Audits and risk assessments for periodic assessments of the status of Health, Safety, and Environment. We integrate HSE principles into all our actions, dedicating ourselves to incorporating HSE into the planning, design, and implementation of processes.

Key elements of our HSE approach include providing information, instruction, supervision, and training to ensure the health and safety at work for all employees. We actively create awareness on Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment through training and effective communication of the HSE policy to employees and those working on behalf of the organization.

Safety is ingrained in our DNA, and we emphasize that Health, Safety, and Environment are everyone’s responsibility. All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued by the company must always be used by employees, workers, and subcontractors. Our people are our greatest asset, and their safety is our topmost priority. Employees are expected to be aware of all safety rules, procedures, and policies, which are reinforced regularly.

Work executors are responsible for observing and enforcing rules and procedures followed by their crews, taking immediate corrective measures whenever violations are observed. AIEC is fully committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and conducive working environment for the safety of our employees, workers, subcontractors, equipment, facilities, and the community at large.

To achieve our goal of ‘ZERO HARM TO PEOPLE,’ we follow these principles:

  • Appointment of safety personnel for the project and formation of a Safety Committee on-site.
  • Review of specifications to identify appropriate safety standards and special safety conditions.
  • Hazard identification and risk analysis.
  • Safety induction training for every worker to make them aware of safety rules and procedures.
  • Implementation of regular Tool Box meetings, audio-visual training, inspection, testing, and certification of tools and equipment.
  • Display of safety signage, caution boards, and awareness posters.
  • Conducting routine safety inspections and addressing observations.
  • Accident reporting and investigation.
  • Analysis of accidents.
  • Scheduled safety audits and compliance checks.
